Behavioral Interviewing - A Modern Take On A Timeless Classic
Does it seem like your organization has an antiquated approach to recruiting? Are you continually going through the motions of asking the same questions to candidates, only to end up with a high turnover? In this session, we’ll review key topics around behavioral interviewing and how this approach can help provide success in finding the right candidate for your organization. With such a limited time to make an impactful decision for your team, it is essential to take the initiative and create a productive candidate experience that can be used consistently for the future. Some of the areas we’ll cover in this session include:
Questions you’ll want to use to get the most out of your candidate interviews.
Review the “STAR” technique and how it can enhance your interview experience.
Explore questions to avoid and that are against the current federal laws to ask.
Hear about experiences from your peers regarding interview situations and what they learned from the process.
Discuss resources and tools available for crafting your ideal interview.
