Meeting sponsors have the unique opportunity to promote their company or services while addressing our chapter’s membership. The benefits of being a meeting sponsor include the following.
A personal introduction of the sponsor to the group at the beginning of the meeting.
Five to ten minute (maximum) presentation to the group about their company or services.
Distribution of promotional literature at each place setting plus a designated sponsor table to further introduce your company and marketing materials
Company or organization banner may be displayed. It is up to the sponsor to bring appropriate mechanisms for the display of the banner.
Contact information of participating members who attend the meeting. This contact information is obtained through a raffle for a specific give-away by the sponsoring organization. The give-away is provided by the sponsoring organization for attendees to provide their business cards for the drawing.
Sponsor identification on our local chapter web site. We will include the link to the sponsor's website as well as their logo. For best results, a .png formatted logo is needed. We also will need the link to the sponsor's website.
The meetings will be assigned on a first-come, first-payment received basis. Sponsors may be able to select a specific meeting date or request to sponsor a specific topic if we receive their response and payment in advance to accommodate coordination. The monthly program schedule will be published, but it is important to note it is subject to change.
