Sue Ells, SHRM-CP| Treasurer: As the Human Resources Manager of the Monadnock Food Co-op since 2013, Sue is responsible for all aspects of HR including recruiting, orienting, payroll, benefits, safety, and employee recognition. Prior to this, she was HR Manager for EMF Inc. for 25 years. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Stratton Free Library in West Swanzey as Treasurer. Victoria Feyrer | MBA, SHRM-CP | Communications and Social Media Director | Secretary : Victoria (Tori) is an emerging HR professional and current People Operations Coordinator at Cedarcrest in Keene, NH. In this role, she supports a wide range of functions including recruiting, onboarding, administrative coordination, and daily operational support to the Director of People Operations. Tori also serves as the Communications and Social Media Director for Greater Monadnock SHRM, helping manage the chapter’s outreach and member engagement initiatives. Kim Brackett, SHRM-CP | Member-at-Large: Kim is the HR Compliance Manager at Monadnock Family Services where she is serves as the agency's internal compliance and is responsible for the consistent application of employment law, internal controls, and documentation standards . She has over 20 years of varied experience in the HR field, primarily in the banking and manufacturing industries. She’s been a GMSHRM member for over 15 years and joined the board in July 2018. Kim is the Certification Director for the chapter, helping others to earn their SHRM certifications. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2004.
