BOard of Directors

The Board of Directors provides leadership for the Greater Monadnock SHRM chapter through setting broad policies, direction and priorities of the organization; developing and maintaining the organization’s mission, vision and values; developing effective succession plans for open board and other volunteer positions; providing fiduciary oversight; recruiting and retaining active members; upholding SHRM’s vision, purpose and values; and providing professional development opportunities for all members.

Amy Wright SHRM-CP, PHR| President:  Amy is the Director of Administration at Keene Housing and has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field.  She is responsible for Keene Housing’s property insurance portfolio, governance, social media and all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, employee relations, staffing, compliance, compensation, and payroll.  She has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2006 and currently serves as the President of the Greater Monadnock Society of Human Resources Management.  Amy serves on the board of the HR State Council of New Hampshire, Dental Health Works and Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors.  Erin Dallas-Patch | MSOL, PGCHRM, SHRM-SCP | President-Elect: Erin is a seasoned leader with nearly a decade of experience in people operations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities in Keene, NH. Erin is primarily responsible for all aspects of human resources including employee relations, staffing, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and strategy. With a strong passion for people-first culture, Erin excels in creating environments where employees thrive. Her expertise in networking, project planning, and employee success enables her to build connections and drive positive employee experiences. One of Erin’s key strengths is a total commitment to the well-being and growth of employees. By focusing on personal and professional development, Erin’s teams consistently deliver exceptional results. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Keene State College and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a certificate in Human Resource Management from Southern NH University. She is a Senior Certified Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) with the Society of Human Resource Management. Erin’s commitment to continuous learning and continuous quality improvement is evident via participation in Leadership Monadnock 2023 and the Monadnock Regional Workforce Group as well as service on the board for the Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors. Erin, a Keene resident, enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Sue Ells, SHRM-CP| Treasurer: As the Human Resources Manager of the Monadnock Food Co-op since 2013, Sue is responsible for all aspects of HR including recruiting, orienting, payroll, benefits, safety, and employee recognition. Prior to this, she was HR Manager for EMF Inc. for 25 years. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Stratton Free Library in West Swanzey as Treasurer and is Financial Secretary for the Monadnock Covenant Church. Kimberly Paquette, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR | Secretary:  Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Moore Nanotechnology Systems, bringing more than 20 years of diverse HR experience to the Nanotech team. Her HR knowledge includes strategic leadership, learning and development, employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, risk mitigation and compliance. Prior to joining Nanotech, Kimberly managed Human Resources Departments in manufacturing and financial services organizations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute since 2007. In addition, Kimberly holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Franklin Pierce University. Kim Brackett, SHRM-CP | Member at Large: Kim is the HR Administrator for Electronic Imaging Materials where she is responsible for managing the HRIS, hiring, onboarding new employees, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and is an active member of the Safety, Wellness, and Employee Engagement committees. She has over 20 years of experience in the HR field, primarily in the banking and manufacturing industries. Donna Whipple, SHRM-CP, PHR | Member at Large: Donna is a District Human Resource Manager at Home Depot overseeing all HR functions in nine locations in VT, NH and MA.  A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Donna has over 30 years of business experience which includes previous roles as Corporate Recruiter at Tire Warehouse and Regional Training Manager for Ames Department Stores, Inc. Donna has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Granite State College.  Donna has been  actively been involved in the chapter since its inception, previously serving as Membership Chairperson. Ellie Cook-Venezia | Member-at-Large: Ellie is the Human Resources Director and a member of the leadership team at Vermont Packinghouse in North Springfield, VT. She has over 30 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources. Responsible for all aspects of human resources and employee relations, she also oversees employee professional development and training. Ellie has been a member of GMSHRM since 2004 and joins the GMSHRM BoD for a third time, serving again on the GMSHRM Membership Committee as Membership Director. As Membership Director, Ellie was instrumental in pioneering GMSHRM to a Dual Membership chapter, the first in the state of New Hampshire. Margie Guhne, SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP | Member-at-Large:  Margie is a Bookkeeper for LaValley's in Walpole, NH with  over 30+ years of HR and Payroll experience in Government, Professional Accounting and Manufacturing.  She has been a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) & a member of the HR Collier Chapter in Naples Florida since 2003. Her roles included Ambassador, Certification,  Membership, Sponsorship, Diversity & Foundation Chair, Secretary, Workforce Readiness committee member and Chapter President in 2008.  She currently holds a certification & membership with the American Payroll Association since 2000.  Margie can be reached at jimagama53@gmail.com



Julie Pearson, CSP |  Member -at-Large:  Julie is the Regional Director for Masiello Employment Services and has been with the company for 10 years. She is an experienced leader in the field of Human Resources and Staffing with a demonstrated history of leading high performing teams to achieve successful results.  Julie excels at understanding the big picture in any situation and setting a clear course for both client organizations and candidates. From developing hiring strategies and efficiently addressing HR payroll processes, to managing employee safety, clients wishing to achieve their workforce goals benefit from Julie’s effective communications style and her strong leadership skills.  Julie is well connected in the community and involved in giving back through volunteerism as a member and past president of Rotary Club of Keene, and on the board of directors for Friends of Distant Hill and GMSHRM.  Julie takes pride in her ability to work hard and have fun at the same time.  She has a bachelor's degree from Franklin Pierce College and has also maintained her Staffing Professional Certification through the American Staffing Association since 2012. In my "spare" time, I work for locally-owned The Richards Group to help organizations find high-touch & value-added Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance and Retirement Plan Solutions. Ed is an experienced, hands-on manager, with demonstrated success leading a wide range of businesses, specializing in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Business Development, in the Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Financial Services, Marketing, and Craft Brewing industries. A proven leader with a 25+ year career history of developing and executing strategies that deliver top and bottom-line results.
