The Board of Directors provides leadership for the Greater Monadnock SHRM chapter through setting broad policies, direction and priorities of the organization; developing and maintaining the organization’s mission, vision and values; developing effective succession plans for open board and other volunteer positions; providing fiduciary oversight; recruiting and retaining active members; upholding SHRM’s vision, purpose and values; and providing professional development opportunities for all members.
Erin Dallas-Patch | MSOL, PGCHRM, SHRM-SCP | President: Erin is a seasoned leader with a decade of experience in people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Cedarcrest in Keene, NH. Erin is primarily responsible for all aspects of people operations (formerly human resources) including employee relations, staffing, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and strategy. With a strong passion for people-first culture, Erin excels in creating environments where employees thrive. Her expertise in networking, project planning, and employee success enables her to build connections and drive positive employee experiences. One of Erin’s key strengths is a total commitment to the well-being and growth of employees. By focusing on personal and professional development, Erin’s teams consistently deliver exceptional results. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Keene State College and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Southern NH University. She is a Senior Certified Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management. Erin’s commitment to continuous learning and continuous quality improvement is evident via participation in Leadership Monadnock 2023, the Monadnock Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Coalition and the Monadnock Regional Workforce Group as well as service on the board for the Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors and The Community Kitchen. Amy Wright SHRM-CP, PHR| Past President: Amy is the Director of Administration at Keene Housing and has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She is responsible for Keene Housing’s property and casualty insurance portfolio, governance, social media and all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, employee relations, staffing, compliance, compensation, and payroll. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2006 and currently serves as the Past President of the Greater Monadnock Society for Human Resources Management. Amy serves on the board of the HR State Council of New Hampshire, Dental Health Works and Impact Monadnock Business Ambassadors. Sue Ells, SHRM-CP| Treasurer: As the Human Resources Manager of the Monadnock Food Co-op since 2013, Sue is responsible for all aspects of HR including recruiting, orienting, payroll, benefits, safety, and employee recognition. Prior to this, she was HR Manager for EMF Inc. for 25 years. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Stratton Free Library in West Swanzey as Treasurer and is Financial Secretary for the Monadnock Covenant Church. Kimberly Paquette, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR | Secretary: Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Moore Nanotechnology Systems, bringing more than 20 years of diverse HR experience to the Nanotech team. Her HR knowledge includes strategic leadership, learning and development, employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, risk mitigation and compliance. Prior to joining Nanotech, Kimberly managed Human Resources Departments in manufacturing and financial services organizations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute since 2007. In addition, Kimberly holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Franklin Pierce University. Kim Brackett, SHRM-CP | Member at Large: Kim is the HR Administrator for Electronic Imaging Materials where she is responsible for managing the HRIS, hiring, onboarding new employees, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and is an active member of the Safety, DEIB, and Employee Wellness committees. She has over 20 years of experience in the HR field, primarily in the banking and manufacturing industries. She’s been a GMSHRM member for many years and joined the board in July 2018. Kim is the Certification Director for the chapter, helping others to earn their SHRM certifications. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2004. In addition, Kim has joined the HR State Council of New Hampshire as the Certification Director. In 2023 Kim joined the the Monadnock Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Coalition. Julie Pearson, CSP | Member -at-Large: Julie is the Regional Director for Masiello Employment Services and has been with the company for 13 years. She is an experienced leader in the field of Human Resources and Staffing with a demonstrated history of leading high performing teams to achieve successful results. Julie excels at understanding the big picture in any situation and setting a clear course for both client organizations and candidates. From developing hiring strategies and efficiently addressing HR payroll processes, to managing employee safety, clients wishing to achieve their workforce goals benefit from Julie’s effective communications style and her strong leadership skills. Julie is well connected in the community and involved in giving back through volunteerism as a member and past president of Rotary Club of Keene, on the Board of Trustees for the Historical Society of Cheshire County, and on the Board of Directors for Friends of Distant Hill and GMSHRM. Ed is an experienced, hands-on manager, with demonstrated success leading a wide range of businesses, specializing in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Business Development, in the Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Financial Services, Marketing, and Craft Brewing industries. A proven leader with a 25+ year career history of developing and executing strategies that deliver top and bottom-line results. Ed’s track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top-performing employees and motivating and empowering teams to achieve challenging goals in a dynamic environment is second to none. Tabitha Curry| SHRM-CP| Member-at-Large: Tabitha is a proud graduate of SNHU, holding a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She launched her HR career in 2022 and currently serves as the HR Coordinator at The Richards Group. Tabitha achieved her SHRM-CP certification in 2023 under the guidance of Kim Brackett and alongside her study buddy, Erin Dallas-Patch. She resides in Spofford, NH, with her partner and two children. Chris Swanson SHRM-CP Member-At-Large: Chris has a diverse professional background that includes 16 years of progressively responsible HR experience. She was recently promoted to the role of Manager of Customer Service at Whitney Brothers® in Keene, NH, where she has been employed since 2002. Before her promotion, she served as an HR Generalist at Whitney Brothers® beginning in 2008 and handled various HR functions including company benefits administration, employee recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. Chris joined GMSHRM in 2017 and obtained her SHRM-CP accreditation in 2018. She is actively involved in the organization, having served on the SHRM Membership Committee since 2021 and is currently the Membership Committee Director.
