Matt Snow| Member at Large: Matt is a Regional Vice President and Investment Adviser Representative with Primerica, Inc. Since 2005, Matt has been working to promote financial literacy and security among working Americans by partnering with businesses and organizations of all sizes to offer customized education and consultation for their employees. These organizations include private companies like Irving Energy, Schwan’s Home Delivery, TDS Telecom and FedEx as well as municipalities like The City of Claremont and The City of Lebanon, NH. Matt has also worked extensively with nonprofit groups like Monadnock Developmental Services and Southwestern Community Services. Matt decided to join Primerica after becoming a client and experiencing first hand how impactful a little financial education can be for an average family’s future. Debbie Chauvin| Member at Large: Debbie is a Human Resources and Management Professional with extensive experience in employee relations, employment law, recruitment, and management of an HR Partner function for multi-site operations. Her most recent role was as the Corporate Director of Human Resource at the Yankee Candle Company. Prior to Yankee Candle Co, Debbie worked for Stow Mills/United Natural Foods as their Warehouse Operations Manager before transitioning her career to HR as their Human Resource Manager. Michelle Barnhart MBA, SHRM-CP | Member at Large: As the Senior HR/EHS Analyst for the Timken plant in Keene, NH, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and talent management of the Salary Workforce, managing all WC/FMLA/STD/ADA cases, ensuring compliance to Environmental, Health and Safety industry standards, strategic reporting administration and managing the facility’s learning and development HRIS platform.
