Program Summary:  Kicks Ass Comp Plans are designed to attract and retain key employees while driving better result systematically throughout the entire organization.  Performance Management includes activities which ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Proper Performance Management includes a well-designed incentive compensation plan.  Incentive compensation is a type of compensation based on the performance of an entity. The best incentive compensation plans will engage key employees, identify with shareholders, and align interests of employees and the company.

Speaker Bio:  Bilal Jordan, MD -  is the founder and CEO of Performology. He received his Medical Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Medicine with Alpha Sigma Nu Honors in 2004. Dr. Jordan has long maintained a passion for both medicine and entrepreneurship and placed his medical career on hold to grow the family insurance business. This matured into growing the single agency into a multi-location operation across multiple states. Successes include ranked as the #4 agency in the country amongst their carrier in 2006. Growth eventually reached a level where performance management needs exceeded what was currently available and Performology was born.  
Shaunae Nolet, MBA, MSOL – is the director of operation at Performology.  She received her Master in Business Administration and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.  Shaunae has been involved in corporate cultural and transformation change throughout her career.  When introduced to Performology she fell in love with the principles of software and automation that it provides.  She is a lead consult on our team and works closing in developing KPI’s, SOPs, and BP for our clients.
