Session Overview -

Title: Hiring in an era of “Can’t Ask and Won’t Tell”

Talent is in high demand and today employers are not in the driver’s seat.  Employers are dealing with increased restrictions that regulate, if not forbid what can be asked during the hiring process. Each state has different guidelines and penalties, what does your state allow?  Potential employees are savvy and are educating themselves on the do’s and don’ts of hiring. Limited talent pools, hiring restrictions and overworked HR departments, makes hiring even more of a challenge. Join David Ciullo, CEO of Career Management Associates and host of the HR Power Hour radio show for a discussion on best hiring practices in todays’ challenging employment market.
