Session 2- Relationship Systems Intelligence: The Next Horizon for Effective Leaders
Learn the key to increasing employee engagement and reducing employee turnover by focusing on the system, rather than on individuals.
Strengthening the interpersonal relationships within a business organization is being proven to enhance performance in today’s workplace. It is often the missing element that a business is searching for to help implement dynamic change.
In this lively and interactive presentation, Master Certified Coach, Maddie Weinreich, will introduce us to a highly effective modality for helping people work better together.
The objective of this session is to educate and inform Business Leaders and Human Resources Professionals about the benefits of using a systems approach to leadership.
Attendees will learn how Relationship Systems Intelligence™, provides refreshing and productive ways to navigate relationship challenges at work. Rather than focusing on ‘who is doing what to whom?’, Systems Inspired Leaders shift their attention to ‘what is trying to happen?’
Participants will learn:
- What constitutes a “relationship system”.
- How Relationship Systems Intelligence™ builds on emotional and social intelligence.
- The benefits of focusing on creating conscious and intentional relationships in the workplace.
- How to utilize a tool that will create a visual representation of a “relationship system” and help build forward movement in your organization.

The Keene Sentinel and its website www.sentinelsource.com [sentinelsource.com] are a media enterprise located in southwestern New Hampshire whose principal goal is to help the 100,000 or so people living in this region understand what is going on around them. The Sentinel was founded by 21-year-old John Prentiss in March 1799, and, as we understand it, is one of the five oldest news organizations in the country continuously published under the same name. The paper is locally owned, which is a rarity these days. The publisher and owner, Tom Ewing, lives in Keene and occupies a corner office overlooking West Street. He, like all the other members of The Sentinel team, is answerable to and for an enterprise that has been serving the community for more than two centuries. (We only missed the administration of George Washington.)
