Speaker
Nick Ferraiolo CPC, ELI-MP, Owner of Elm City Coaching, LLC
Nick’s painful experience of having to endure bias, insensitive colleagues and the fear of losing his job after coming out as transgender inspired him to want to help create workplaces where people can be seen for who they are, rather than the way other people assume them to be. Nick shares his story to help people understand the challenges a transgender employee faces in the workplace and to inspire others to live true to who they are.
In his coaching practice, Nick guides his clients past the beliefs that are holding them back, creating a safe space not only for self-reflection, but exploration, prompting clients to re-engineer those beliefs and reevaluate what is most important to them so they can live more fulfilling lives.
Nick provides one-on-one coaching services to individuals, customized leadership workshops for companies, and diversity training for HR departments. Nick spent thirty years in Corporate America, working his way from entry-level manufacturing to a Senior Leadership position and is now the owner of Elm City Coaching; he is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Nick lives in Southwestern New Hampshire with his dog, Jackson.
