It’s Been A Roller Coaster Couple of Years

Session Overview

The last couple of years has put a lot of pressure on us.

We didn’t have our usual ways to cope and could not escape.  This well received program will explore in a safe way our shared experience of the pandemic, a way to conceptualize why we have felt the way we do and to move to the next step of redefining self-care.

Take away:

  •  How many “firsts” did you experience
  •  Challenges to wellness
  •   Redefining self-care
