More than ever, work/life balance is a premium consideration in today's workplaces. Employees are much more engaged as a result of a direct supervisor or manager who cares about them as a person. Sadly, only 27% of workers feel safe to talk to their direct upline about non-work issues/goals. When a supervisor, manager or leader champions work/life balance and care, workers feel more valued and respected, which contributes to overall success and engagement. These incredible outcomes are what every business wants and needs, as well as positions them to stay competitive in the marketplace.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Jeff's approach to work/life balance through his Vision Wheel model;
- Assess your own work/life balance;
- Find and commit to one aspect of work/life balance in your life;
- Get energized to facilitate a change in your workplace around work/life balance.
