Session Overview 

COVID-19 has led to unprecedented business disruptions around the world, necessitating on-going conscious reflection and revision of HR processes.  In this interactive session, we will be reviewing best practices for successfully recruiting and integrating new hires, and discussing possible modifications. 

Speaker Bio

Angela has been in the HR field for over two decades. The majority of her career was spent doing in-house HR.  Initially at a non-profit, the Global Health Council, followed by a 12-year tenure as the Director of Human Resources at Chroma Technologies.  Angela has been an HR & Management Consultant at Adaptiva HR since August of 2019.  She currently serves as the primary HR support person for a variety of small and mid-sized companies and is able to adapt practices to a wide range of environments and cultures.
